To provide uninterrupted email service for our webmail users and to prevent spamming, we have disabled mail() function on our server. As the PHP mail() functions are commonly used to send spam and malicious codes, even from some accounts where the users were unintentionally using some malicious scripts on their website. If you do need to send emails from your website, you can easily set up SMTP authentication on your website. We have a tutorial on our PHP on how to do that on WordPress. If you are a developer, you can also set it up manually on your PHP based website.

Please contact us over support ticket if you need more information on this.
