Sometimes you might need to reset your full account for some reason and start fresh as a new account. You can do that by yourself. To do that, first log in to cPanel and follow these:

  1. If you do not need the emails on your account, remove them all and any forwarders and filters.
  2. Remove any installation from Softaculous and WordPress Manager.
  3. Remove all databases from MySQL Databases option
  4. Remove all files inside public_html from the file manager
  5. Empty trash to remove the data permanently.

By doing those your cPanel account will be fully cleaned. If you still want us to reset your account from the server level, let us know by opening a support ticket with the reason behind it. We will help you along the way.
