We are currently experiencing a network-related issue on Tiger Server.

Our technical team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore full service stability.

Maintenance Details:

• Date: Tuesday, January 14, 2025
• Bangladesh Time Window: 11:00 PM - 5:00 AM (next day)

Expected Downtime: Approximately 120 minutes (subject to adjustments)

Reason for Maintenance:

Due to operational changes, the current datacenter is relocating the server from PhoenixNAP to the primary datacenter in Tempe, AZ. This move ensures continued reliable and efficient service.

What to Expect:

• During the maintenance window, your services may be temporarily unavailable.
• No changes will be made to your IP addresses or network providers.
• The server will be properly shut down and restarted after the relocation.

Post-Maintenance:

Once the maintenance is completed, we will update you through this ticket. If you experience any issues afterward, please reply to this message, and our team will assist you promptly.

We wanted to inform you about scheduled maintenance for our servers taking place today, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This upgrade is essential to ensure that we continue providing you with the best possible service.

Update: Our team is currently migrating the physical servers to a new Datacenter location. Once the shifting is done, we will be able to bring up the network and power to the servers.

Update:  We did not get the positive signal from the inspection team for powering the Datacenter.  Also, It will take a few days to clean the building.

So, we have decided to migrate our hardware to another data center.

We are trying our best to get back online as soon as possible.

Fire in the "Khaja Tower", Mohakhali, Dhaka affected our servers located in Bangladesh. We are assessing the situation and we will provide more information as they come in.

Firefighters are on the spot to control the fire right now.

We are aware of the ongoing issue with Bullet Server. which is currently unreachable.

Downtime Reason: The disk Filesystem was Corrupted

We are aware of the ongoing issue with one of our VPS nodes (node2) which is currently unreachable.

Upon investigating, we found that there is a datacenter wide downtime at the moment. We are in touch with the datacenter technicians and will provide more updates on this as soon as possible.

The server was back online for around 5 hours but it is temporarily down now.

The previous downtime was a power-related incident in the data center.

In order to maintain the server’s reliability and dependability, after a certain time, we upgrade our servers. We always try to provide the best services to our customers. Recently we are upgrading the hardware of our BDIX VPS server. During the Upgradation, you will be facing some downtime on BDIX VPS. We have to schedule and perform an urgent PDU swap as the current one is having issues.We would like to schedule this on Sunday Jan 30, 2022 @ 7 pm BD time. We will require a 30 Min window for maintenance but it will likely take less time to complete.The Bullet Server will face 5-10 mins downtime.

Update - The maintenance is complete now! All systems should be operational

There will be a maximum of 1-hour downtime during the 4-hour maintenance window. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 One of our  Datacenter suffered a Power outage everything successfully moved over to the generators for a while. but generators failed and created some damage which is now being evaluated.
